3. Food Product Disclaimer & Allergen Legal Statement

1. All food product ingredient, nutrition, shelf-life, and allergen information is provided for reference only. We make every reasonable effort to maintain accurate labeling, but minor batch formula adjustments may occur without advance notice. Customers with severe food allergies bear full personal risk before purchasing.
2. Our supply and packaging facilities handle wheat, nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, and seafood. We cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination risk for allergen-sensitive consumers.
3. Product images, flavor descriptions, and packaging renderings are illustrative only. Slight visual differences in received goods do not constitute product defect or grounds for full compensation.
4. We strictly prohibit the sale of expired, unqualified, or unsafe food items. If defective food goods are received, customers must submit valid photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery per our Return & Refund Policy to initiate claims.

1. This Legal Notice, alongside our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America.
2. Any consumer dispute, commercial conflict, or legal claim arising from orders or website use must first be submitted to our customer support team for amicable mediation.
3. If mediation cannot reach a mutually agreed resolution, all disputes shall be settled exclusively in the state courts of Colorado. Customers waive the right to initiate legal proceedings in any other regional court outside this U.S. state.

7. International Customs & Import Legal Responsibility

1. It is the customer’s sole legal obligation to verify whether our food products comply with local import bans, food inspection rules, and quarantine standards of their receiving country.
2. All customs duties, import taxes, border inspection fees, and clearance penalties are the full financial responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for seized, confiscated, or destroyed shipments due to violation of local food import regulations.

• Submitting fraudulent orders using stolen payment credentials or fake personal information
• Abusing refund, return, or shipping compensation policies for malicious financial gain
• Posting harassing, defamatory, threatening, false, or misleading reviews targeting our store, staff, or food products
